Proof of delivery works fully offline. Everything the driver captures is stored on the device and uploaded when coverage returns — nothing requires a live connection at the door.
What is stored on the device
Photos, at capture resolution.
Signatures and PIN confirmations.
The GPS fix and timestamp at the moment the stop is completed.
How it syncs
Queued proofs upload oldest-first as soon as the app sees a connection, even in the background. The shipment page shows both timestamps: when the proof was captured and when it reached 4klyft.
NoteQueued proof is kept on the device for 7 days even if the app is closed or the phone restarts. Uninstalling the app is the only way to lose it.
Good to knowA driver can complete an entire route offline; supervisors see stops turn green in bulk when the phone re-syncs.
