Locking pins a stop to a driver so re-optimisation never moves it — for key-holder deliveries, regulars who expect a face, or anything with site access requirements.

Lock a stop

Open the stop on the plan.

Choose Lock to driver and pick the driver.

Publish. The lock shows as a pin icon on the stop everywhere.

WaarschuwingA lock survives every re-optimisation, including full-depot runs. If the locked driver’s vehicle breaks down, the stop becomes unplannable until you unlock it — it will not silently move.

Locks apply from the next published plan. If you lock after publishing, re-publish for it to take effect.
