Settings that matter
Enable Adaptive GPS (Settings → Navigation): full rate while driving, low rate while parked at a stop. Saves ~25% on dense urban routes.
Turn off the always-on map preview; the next-stop card contains everything needed between stops.
Use dark mode on OLED devices.
OpmerkingETA accuracy is unaffected by Adaptive GPS — position is always captured at full rate during movement.
A phone that still doesn’t last a shift usually has battery health below 80%; that’s hardware, not settings.
