Inviting dispatchers and drivers
Add teammates by email or bulk CSV, and choose the right role for each.

Everyone who touches 4klyft needs their own account — shared logins break the audit trail on proof of delivery and route changes.
Pick the right role
Admin — billing, integrations, user management.
Dispatcher — plans, publishes and edits routes.
Warehouse — order and shipment handling, no routing.
Driver — the mobile app only; no web access.
Send the invites
Settings → Team → Invite.
Add addresses one by one, or upload a CSV with email and role columns for a whole crew.
Drivers get an SMS-able install link instead of a web invite.
PrudenceDriver accounts can’t log in to the web dashboard by design. Give supervisors who need both a Warehouse role plus the app.
