Webhook events reference

Every event 4klyft emits, its payload, and delivery guarantees.

Webhooks push shipment, route and claim events to your endpoint as they happen. Configure endpoints and select events under Settings → Integrations → Webhooks.

Delivery guarantees

At-least-once delivery — duplicates are possible; deduplicate on delivery_id.
Retries with exponential backoff for 24h on non-2xx responses; a response slower than 8 seconds counts as a failure.
Events from offline devices arrive late but ordered, with the original occurred_at.
CautionAcknowledge fast and process async. Endpoints that validate against their own database before responding are the top cause of duplicate storms.
