CSV import: field mapping

Required columns, format rules, and how to save a mapping template.

CSV import creates orders in bulk. The first import walks you through mapping your columns; saved mappings make repeat imports one click.

Required columns

order_ref — your unique reference; duplicates are rejected, not overwritten.
address, postcode, city, country — country as ISO-2 (NL, DE …).
service_level — must match a level configured in your account.
Optional: delivery window, phone, email, notes, weight.

WarningDates and windows must be ISO format (2026-08-16, 14:00–18:00). Excel silently reformats these — export as CSV UTF-8 and spot-check before uploading.

Rows that fail validation are returned as a downloadable error file with a reason per row; valid rows import regardless.
