The driver app is offline-first: every action is queued locally and replayed to the server in order when coverage returns.
What queues offline
Stop completions and failures, with proof of delivery.
Notes, photos and damage reports.
Break start/end and vehicle checks.
Replay order
Events replay strictly in the order they happened on the device, each carrying its original timestamp. Dashboards and webhooks receive them late but correctly ordered, flagged with both occurred-at and received-at times.
CautionRoute changes published while a driver is offline reach them only on reconnect. The app banner shows the driver how old their copy of the route is.
