Seats are billed per user with web access; driver app accounts are unlimited on every plan.

Adding a seat mid-cycle

Settings → Team → Invite — the new seat is active immediately.

The pro-rated charge for the remaining days of the cycle appears on your next invoice as a separate line.

OpmerkingPro-ration is daily. A seat added 10 days before renewal costs 10/30ths of the monthly seat price.

Removing seats

Deactivate the user under Team. The seat stays paid until the end of the cycle and simply doesn’t renew — no refunds mid-cycle, no action needed at renewal.
