Routing is billed per optimisation run on usage-based plans. Everything else — tracking, orders, the driver app — is flat.
What counts as a run
Publishing a new day plan: one run per depot.
A mid-day re-optimisation: one run per affected route set.
Previewing a plan without publishing: free.
Failed or cancelled runs: free.
RemarqueTypical depots use 25–40 runs a month. The Usage page shows a live count and a per-depot breakdown.
Capping monthly spend
Settings → Billing → Usage cap.
Set a monthly run limit; you’ll get a warning at 80%.
At the cap, publishing asks for an admin override rather than failing silently.
