The driver app says “no route assigned”
Four causes, from an unpublished plan to a stale login — in the order to check them.

“No route assigned” means the app is working but nothing is published for this driver today. Check these four causes in order — the first two cover most cases.
The checklist
Plan not published: the route exists on the dispatcher’s screen but Publish was never pressed. Publishing fixes it within seconds.
Wrong date or depot: the driver is assigned tomorrow, or to a route at another depot. Check the assignment on the plan.
Stale login: the driver switched phones or reinstalled — have them log out and back in to refresh the assignment token.
Vehicle unassigned: routes attach to a vehicle; a driver without a vehicle for the day gets no route. Assign one in the plan.
RemarqueDispatchers can see exactly what a driver’s app sees under Plan → driver → “App view” — faster than asking for screenshots.
Still empty after all four? Contact support with the driver’s email and depot — we can read the assignment log.
